- Note: Slide the stainless steel adjustment bead slowly. Rapid back-and-forth sliding may cause the internal silicone ring to dislodge, resulting in loss of adjustability.

Sea urchin crystal is a type of quartz crystal, mainly composed of silicon dioxide with special inclusions. It gets its name from the inclusions within. These can be either black graphene that resembles sea urchins or hair - like crystals that form sea urchin - like flower patterns. Sea urchin crystal is a high - temperature crystal, forming at temperatures above 579 °C. During the crystal formation process, it encounters hydrothermal fluids and graphene microparticles enter instantaneously. Such specific environmental and timing requirements make its formation probability in nature extremely low.
Some sea urchin crystals, when formed, experience high - temperature extrusion of internal bubbles, resulting in a "flower - bursting" phenomenon. When light refracts through them, beautiful rainbow - like glows can be seen.
