Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@eondust.com. Please provide your order number and the pictures of the products that you would like to return (product and packaging).
We’ll respond within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email confirmation as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the return is due to a consumer's decision (e.g., you changed your mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
If the goods you received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable situations
- Please note that natural crystal patterns, slight color variations inherent to the stone, which don't affect the item's use, are not considered defects and won't be accepted for return due to these reasons.
- We do not accept returns if the products or the packaging are damaged.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@eondust.com.
The refund amount does not include the shipping cost you paid to send the item back to us.
